COMMISSIONING PAINTINGS

General pricing for commissioned paintings, one subject:

Size

11×14″    $350

14×22″    $700

22×30″   $1400

$250  Extra for each additional person

$125  Extra for a pet

$250-500   Fee for exceptionally difficult backgrounds or clothing  (such as lace or intricate patterns).

Reference photos can be those of the client or taken by the artist.  If distance travel is required for a photos, the client is expected to pay any travel expenses related to the photo session.

Upon client’s selection and approval of the reference photo for the painting, a 50% deposit is due prior to beginning the painting.  The balance is due upon completion of the painting.

Prior to ordering a commissioned painting, a target date for completion will be set. If a date for a special occasion (anniversary, birthday, holiday) is needed,  please advise prior to scheduling the commission.   Every effort will be made to complete the painting  by the target date.
