Purchasing Paintings
Secure purchases with credit cards are available through Paypal. The Paypal account name is wcdesigns@bellsouth.net. If International shipping is required, please email before submitting payment for any extra customs or shipping charges. Check or money order purchases are also available. As an added service to clients, wholesale custom matting and framing is available for any painting purchased. Please email your framing wishes and a separate quote for framing will be sent to you. If the framed painting is to be shipped, it will incur extra charges due to weight and packaging requirements.
Usually, paintings are shipped within 24-48 hours from receipt and clearance of payment. Paintings are carefully package to help ensure no damage is done during shipping. However, with all shipping companies, damage can occur, and in this case, full refunds or comparable replacements are available, whichever you choose. Please file a complaint with the shipping company, email a note indicating the damage, and return the damaged painting in its original packaging (or like packaging if the original is unusable).
All returns on non-commissioned paintings are accepted with full refunds, including initial shipping. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt in exact condition as received and in original or original-like packaging.
